FINANCIAL AND LEGAL ISSUES SERIES

Many of us will reach a point when we can no longer make our own decisions regarding healthcare, our finances and our legal issues. If you become incapacitated - whether temporarily or permanently - you can designate someone to help make decisions when you can't. You can also make some decisions now and leave special directions for your healthcare provider and loved ones to follow.

"Advance directives" are the name of these documents. They allow us to designate someone to make decisions for us. They also provide guidance about the decisions we want our designee to make when we can't anymore.

Join us for dinner and a discussion about the importance of advance directives. Find out how you can provide peace of mind for your loved ones with a few simple steps. Every participant will have the opportunity to complete a free living will and healthcare surrogate designation.

This program is presented by Hospice of the Comforter's Planned Giving Advisory Board members. There is no cost to attend. Dinner will be provided.

Please RSVP by calling Ray Barr at 407-379-0190.
