Become a Volunteer
If you would like to begin a wonderful new journey and volunteer for Hospice of the Comforter, please read “Things you need to know before you apply”.
Then, download and complete the following:
- Volunteer Application
- Background Check Form (requires signature)
Instructions for returning these forms via email, fax and mail are at the bottom of each form.
Once we receive your fully completed application and signed authorization for a background check, we will contact the two references you provided on your application prior to contacting you regarding an interview.

- Orientation & Training
- Service placement meeting to match your talents/interests with current volunteer needs
