A Compassionate Nonprofit Ministry Since 1990

Hospice Facilities

Our campus
Our central campus, located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is home to Hospice of the Comforter’s Hospice House, Horizons Bereavement Center, the Center for Community Care and the future Gerald D. Robison Residence. From our campus, we provide inpatient care, manage our daily services throughout the tri-county area, facilitate our Home Medical Equipment delivery and warehouse operations, and provide grief counseling and support.

Hospice House
605 Montgomery Road, Altamonte Springs, FL  32714
407-622-6039

At Hospice House, hospice patients and their loved ones receive supportive, compassionate care around-the-clock. Intended for short-term stays, Hospice House is a comfortable, home-like inpatient center that provides high levels of medical care for patients who have no caregiver at home or whose symptoms require acute care than cannot be provided at home.

Horizons Bereavement Center
595 Montgomery Road, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32714
407-379-0490

While many of our support groups are offered in off-campus locations throughout the tri-county area, the Horizons Bereavement Center is home to most of our individual counseling and support groups. Here, both adults and children who are experiencing a loss can receive free grief counseling in a supportive and private environment.

Center for Community Care
480 W. Central Parkway, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32714
407-682-0808

Whether coordinating a patient’s unique care plan, managing daily operations, planning community education or outreach, or hosting a community workshop, the Center for Community Care provides our team members and administrative staff the meeting rooms and workspaces required to serve our community, patients and their loved ones. The center also houses a community library for end-of-life resources.

Gerald D. Robison Residence
590 Marion Street, Altamonte Springs, FL, 32714
Scheduled to open in 2010, the Gerald D. Robison Residence will provide residential care to hospice patients who have no caregiver or home, or who require a moderate level of care that is unable to be provided at their home.
