Marx Alleyne Promoted to Financial Controller
Hospice of the Comforter is pleased to announce the promotion of Marx Alleyne to Financial Controller. Marx will be responsible for the direction and management of the financial operations of Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs, Fla., including accounting, payroll, financial analysis, revenue management, billing record keeping and reporting and contracting with third parties.
Prior to joining Hospice of the Comforter in 2007, Marx was a Management Resident at Adventist Health Systems and worked at Florida Hospital Deland in their accounting department. Marx obtained his Master of Science degree in Health Service Administration at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, Fla., and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oakwood University, Huntsville, Ala.
