Summary: This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care and coordinating the plan of care for patients on hospice care in private homes or in skilled nursing facilities, in compliance with hospice, State and Federal regulatory standards.

Provides proper instruction on use of equipment and answers any questions the patient, family members or caregivers may have regarding the utilization of the home medical equipment;
Refers any mechanical maintenance needs to the HME Transportation Supervisor or on-call supervisor;
Assists the HME Warehouse Repair Technician with cleaning and maintenance of the home medical equipment and the company vehicle
