Hospice of the Comforter offers knowledgeable and experienced staff members and volunteers to speak on a variety of topics to help the community gain a better understanding of end-of-life issues.

This free-of-charge service arms community members with the knowledge and understanding of the care and options available to families facing end-of-life decisions, and provides an opportunity to ask direct questions.

All of our speakers can easily tailor discussions to fit a time allotment of your choosing. We are happy to answer questions after a presentation and bring educational materials to leave with your group.

Our most commonly requested presentation is Hospice 101, an introduction to the hospice concept, how it aids patients and families and a general discussion of hospice care.
