Lee worked at the former Hospice of Central Florida as both a RN Case Manager and a Clinical Liason. She then worked at Hospice of Orange-Osceola as a Patient Care Manager/Admissions Manager. Lee joined Hospice of the Comforter in 2000 as a Patient Care Manager, then changed roles in 2001 to become our Assistant Director of Education. In 2002, she was promoted to Director of Nursing and became a Vice President in 2005. Lee has varied nursing experience the ICU, Newborn ICU, and Pediatrics, and was a Transplant nurse at Ohio State University.

Vice President of Clinical Nursing Lee Tenaglia holds an RN, MSN (Masters of Science in Nursing), and CHPN (Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse). She is a Certified ELNEC trainer (End of Life Nursing Education Consortium) and a member of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society.
