As Director of Compliance and Quality, Marty Brown oversees a staff of four and is responsible for Quality Management, Performance Improvement and Regulatory Compliance. 

In 2004, Marty joined Hospice of the Comforter as an RN Case Manager after working for 20 years as a Branch Manager at the Visiting Nurse Association in Orange/Seminole/Osceola counties. Marty graduated from St. Leo College in Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in health care administration.
