Hospice Physicians

As part of the hospice team, Hospice of the Comforter’s physicians direct the care of our patients.
Our two medical directors and five hospice physicians make house calls and meet weekly with the hospice care teams to manage each patient’s plan of care.  Please let us know if there is ever
a time that one of our physicians can be of assistance to you.
