American Association of Retired Persons (AARP)
AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization focused on improving the quality of life for all people as they get older. The Health and Wellness page provides a wide range of links to information on issues such as caregiving, Medicare and coping with loss.
Aging with Dignity
Aging with Dignity is a nonprofit organization with the goal of improving care for those near the end of life. Five Wishes, an easy-to-use advance directive, is available at this site in mulitple languages for a nominal fee.
CarePages
CarePages is a Web site that allows loved ones to connect with patients as well as provides unique resources (discussion forums, blogs, articles and more) to educate and guide patients through their health journey, as well as give loved ones the tools to offer hope and emotional support when they're needed most.

Jewish Family Services of Greater Orlando partners with Hospice of the Comforter to provide a program that is committed to serving the Jewish community of Central Florida.
National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization

Answers to who, what, where, when and how many are posted on a personal "Shiva Registry" to organize the bereavement period. The website features the ability to learn about sitting shiva, locate shiva food providers, find helpful resources and request an annual Yahrzeit reminder via email, with "just a click."
