You can help Hospice of the Comforter by the direct donation or purchase of supplies and equipment. There are needs determined by the directors of our clinical and operational departments that can easily be underwritten by individuals, organizations or corporations who want to support a specific need.
For donation of office supplies, equipment or other agency needs, call the Development Department for further information at 407-682-0808. If it is equipment we can use, we will arrange to have a Hospice of the Comforter Medical Equipment staff member come to your home to pick up the item and give you a receipt for tax purposes.
Finally, Hospice of the Comforter supplies our patients with any medical equipment they need to be comfortable. Equipment such as hospital beds, walkers, and bedside commodes are needed from time to time. If you have a piece of medical equipment you would like to donate, please contact the Development Department at 407-682-0808.
